You can do this meditation in the morning for a good start, in the evening to wrap up your day by tuning into yourself, you can also reach out to it whenever you feel the need to pause and connect with your body and breath. In order to do this practice, you just need to be in a safe space where you can close your eyes for a couple of minutes, may it be your home, office, public transport or some beautiful place in nature!
This meditation, despite being so short, can regulate and reset your nervous system.
