Hi! I’m Maria Opidowicz.
I teach women how to reclaim their lives from stress and the chaos of everyday haste, ensuring life doesn’t pass by without meaning.

My mindfulness journey began in 2011 when I realized I needed to take charge of my attention to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions. 

When I moved to Sweden in 2021 to join my sambo, mindfulness continued being my anchor. Adjusting to a new country brought challenges: finding a job, building a social network, struggling to feel seen as a professional, learning Swedish, and managing isolation. 

These struggles didn’t magically disappear, but my mindset transformed. Mindfulness helped me shift from merely surviving to growing and thinking positively about my future here. Also, starting a Women’s Circle in 2021 connected me with an incredible group of women who became my support system and friends.

Now, I help other expat women get unstuck and rediscover joy and purpose. If you feel like you’ve lost control of your life’s remote, I’ll guide you in taking it back. By training your mind to focus, you can redirect your energy and attention toward what truly matters.

 

 

With 13 years of meditation practice and certification from Mindful Academy and Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK), I founded MindHarmony.
Over the past six years, I’ve taught mindfulness through group programs, individual sessions, and workshops, helping both individuals and companies foster focus, resilience, and collaboration.

Originally from Poland, I’ve also lived in Spain, the UK, and now Sweden. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, dancing 5 Rhythms, and connecting with nature, which keeps me grounded and inspired.

FAQ

The yoga mats, meditation pillows and blankets are provided. If you feel you want to take yours, feel free to do so!

 

Yes, of course! The practices are guided and the session is adjusted to all levels.

It’s important that you dress comfortably. Your clothes shouldn’t be too tight, especially in the area of your belly and diaphragm.

Yes, there’s a spacious toilet next to our room so changing your clothes will be easy!

If you resign earlier than 2 weeks before, you get 50 % return of the payment.

No, I don’t accept payments in cash but you can make a transfer. Email me if you need my bank account number.
