If you are a person who does not enjoy group meetings but would like to start practising meditation under the guidance of a trainer, I invite you to individual mindfulness sessions.
During our sessions, we will come up with the best way to help you cope with your daily challenges – may it be high levels of stress, sleep problems, or a lack of work-life balance. You will learn how to use mindfulness techniques in your daily life to free your mind and body from stress and improve the quality of your life.
There is also a possibility to complete the 8-week Stress Reduction Program MBSR individually!

What are the benefits of one to one sessions?
- sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals
- session schedules are more flexible, we will find a time that works for both of us. We do not schedule sessions based on the availability of other participants
- you may feel greater freedom sharing about yourself as you will only share with your trainer
How will we arrange our sessions?
- we'll schedule a free 30-minute phone or video call to discuss your needs and create an action plan
- we will start our regular sessions - online or in person (depends on our location)
How much does it cost?
- a single mindfulness session: 60min - € 50, 90min - € 65
- sessions packages:
- 5 sessions 60min: € 220
- 5 sessions 90min: € 280
- 10 sessions 60min: € 420
- 10 sessions 90min: € 520
- MBSR Programme – 8 sessions of 120min each plus meditation recordings and a workbook: € 600

After the program, my approach to life is constantly shifting and processing.
